2. Find "Need Help?"  under the sign-in button.

3. Click the button beside "I don't know my password" then type in your Gmail address.

4. It will ask you to type in the password you remember and click "Continue" or just simply click "I don't remember"

5. You will then have to choose how you want to reset your password either thru phone or email.

6. Open the mail sent for password recovery and follow the instructions.

7. Enter your new password.

Tips

  • When making a password, DO NOT use something like "gmail", "password", one that is all numbers such as "39357777110048", your name, or any random typing like "wniodnidnn35gdas".
  • Try passwords that have at least one uppercase letter, and at least one letter. They are very strong passwords.
  • Make sure you can remember your password.
  • Write it down and store it someplace safe where only you can access it.

Warnings

  • Have a recovery email or secret question.
  • Never tell anyone your password under any circumstances.  The only exception is a parent or legal guardian (under age 18) or trusted spouse (if married and share an account).
