How to Solve Application Error 0xc0000142 and 0xc0000005

Right click on the following registry entry:

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows\AppInit_Dlls

And click on Jump to entry…

A new window appears known as System Registry Editor. After it double click on the LoadAppInit_DLLs and modify the value from 1 to 0. Now click OK to confirm the modification and exit.

After this restart your PC and execute the error showing application, you will see that it starts normally without any error.
