PortableApps.Com offers software that you can install onto a thumb drive, a CD drive, or anything else you have, or might be invented in the future. This article will tell you how to install it.
This will be installed onto a USB drive (regarding screenshots)
Steps
1.) Go to PortableApps.com
and choose the version that you want to download. The difference are
the size of the file. You should choose the version you want depending
on the size of your portable device.
2.) Double click on the executable file and start the installation.
3.) When you get to where you select the Destination Folder, click on Browse. After choosing the location, click Install.
Depending on the size of the installation, it could happen quickly or may take a while.
When you are done, you will see a screen where you can decide if you want to use the PortableApps home page or not.
Tips:-
- You can install extra apps by going to the website and downloading them. They will install directly into the PortableApps.
