How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

Since the game went online over a year ago, players of Niantic’s massively popular (and often frustrating) AR monster-catcher have wondered where all the legendary creatures are hiding in Pokémon Go. The original Game Boy title had massively powerful, interesting, and unique legendary Pokémon way back in the 90s, but the smartphone game launched without access to Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Mewtwo, despite a heavy feature in the original trailer.

Now, at least some of these critters are catchable in the game: the first two legendary Pokémon to appear are the flying-ice type bird Articuno and the flying-psychic type Lugia, with more monsters slated to hit the game later on. But be warned: catching them isn’t going to be a walk in the park. Unless you catch them by walking to the park. Like I did.

An Introduction to Raid Bosses

If you’ve played any massively multiplayer online RPGs, like World of Warcraft, you’ll be familiar with the concept of a raid boss. It’s a massively powerful enemy that’s more or less impossible for a single player to take down, requiring a coordinated team or a huge group of dozens or more players to defeat.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

In Pokémon Go, the raid bosses introduced in the latest update are regular Pokémon. But instead of simply trying to capture them by throwing balls and lures, you’re first tasked with defeating them in a gym battle: the monster spawns at a gym for a set amount of time, during which groups of up to twenty Pokémon Go players can team up in groups to take it down. Once the boss Pokémon is dispatched, you’ll have a chance to catch a weaker version of the rare monster with a conventional ball throw, using the special Premier Balls you earned as a reward for battle.

While all the raid bosses in Pokémon Go will be powerful monsters, the legendary Pokémon will be even rarer, appearing exclusively in these community-focused battles. The mechanics for the bosses as outlined below won’t change, but in order to get a chance at catching one, you’ll want to go to a popular area or gather a team.

Step One: Find a Raid Pass

You can’t just walk up to a raid boss and pile in—you’ll need a Raid Pass. These tokens are granted once a day by walking within range of a Pokémon Gym and spinning the circle, just like on a PokéStop. You can only get one Raid Pass per day, no matter how many gyms you go to, and you can’t hold on to more than one at a time—that means free players are limited to one raid boss battle per day, and they’ll have to spin the circle at a gym before going to a new raid battle the next day.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

There’s an alternative if you want to attack multiple raid bosses in a single day: the Premium Raid Pass. This is an item bought in the Shop for 100 coins, and you can buy as many as you can afford in a day. But just like the regular Raid Pass, you’re limited to only a single Premium Raid Pass at a time. And of course, buying them with coins will quickly drain your supply, unless you have Pokémon at multiple gyms or you top it up with real money.

Step Two: Find a Legendary Raid Boss

Raid bosses appear exclusively at Pokémon Gyms. While the Raid Boss is active, the normal gym battles with Pokémon from other trainers won’t be available. The game will give you smartphone alerts for upcoming raid bosses, or you can find them in the new tab in the radar screen, or of course you can just look around the overworld until you find one.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

Raids that are about to become active will appear above their corresponding Pokémon Gyms as an egg symbol: a pink striped egg for “Normal” monsters (difficulty level one and two), a white and yellow egg for “Rare” monsters (level three and four), and a blue and purple striped egg for “Legendary” monsters (exclusively level five). This is the one you want—if you’re limiting yourself to a single free Raid Pass per day, save it for the Legendary eggs. If you see a legendary Pokémon (Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, or Lugia in the initial batch) you can be sure it’s an active raid boss, since those Pokémon can’t be left in a normal gym.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

Eggs timers last around 30 minutes, after which the raid boss will stay available at its gym for a couple of hours. You have that long to gather a team, or team up with players who are already there, and defeat the boss.

Step Three: Team Up and Choose Your Pokémon

Once the egg timer reaches zero, you’ll be able to offer up your Raid Pass and join the raid boss battle. Whether you join a private group of your friends or the default raid group that forms up as players join the gym battle, you can use your Raid Pass over and over until you beat the boss, or until the boss time limit goes out. If you’re in a less populated area or you don’t have a group with you, wait a while at the raid boss location—more people might show up soon.

You might just be able to defeat a level one or two raid boss on your own, but for legendary Pokémon, you’ll want as many people as possible. Ten high-level players (30+) might be able to defeat the super-strong Pokémon, but twenty mid-level players will have an easier time of it. Twenty is the maximum party limit, either public or private, after which larger groups will be split up.

As you form up with other players, you’ll be given the opportunity to select up to six of your strongest Pokémon for the fight. Pure strength (CP) is important here, but type advantage is even more critical for getting those big hits. You’ll also want big, beefy Pokémon that have a lot of hit points, because the raid boss hits hard and can often take out even high-level smaller Pokémon with a single attack. Make your selections wisely.

Step Four: Take Down the Boss

When the countdown reaches zero, you’ll enter into a battle with your first Pokémon. The battle interface is just like a gym battle, with fast and strong attacks and swiping to dodge. But instead of a one-on-one fight with a trainer’s Pokémon, all of the people in your team will attack simultaneously, whittling down the boss’s hit points until it reaches zero. This is why it’s so important to have a large group: the boss can only attack one Pokémon/trainer combo at a time, while everyone can attack it during the entire battle.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

You can swap out and heal Pokémon if necessary, but keep an eye on the timer: if the boss still has hit points when it reaches zero, the entire group loses the fight. If you do manage to beat the raid boss, you’ll be showered with experience and rare items like Rare Candies and Golden Razz Berries. You’ll also receive a number of Premier PokéBalls: the better you, your local team, and game team (Mystic/Instinct/Valor) do, the more Premier Balls you’ll receive.

Step Four: Catch the Legendary Pokémon

Here’s what it’s all come down to: can you catch a legendary Pokémon? Immediately after the raid boss is defeated, you’ll be given a chance to catch a randomized version of that Pokémon in the standard Pokémon Go ball-throwing interface. The Pokémon won’t be able to run away from you, but you can only use the Premier balls you received from the raid boss to catch it! That means you’ll be extremely limited in your number of throws, since this is a high-level Pokémon with major evasive powers and a smaller area to throw at.

How to Catch Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Go

It’s possible—perhaps even likely—that you won’t catch a legendary Pokémon on your first raid boss victory. Be patient, wait for an ideal shot, and use any berries you have available with every throw. Good luck!

How to Activate Third Party Game Codes in Steam

How to Activate Third Party Game Codes in Steam

Unbeknownst to many people, it’s not a requirement that you purchase a game directly from Valve in order to use it with their Steam gaming platform—and, in fact, it’s often advantageous to purchase your game from a third party retailer. Let’s take a look at how to get your third party games into your Steam account.

Why (and Where to) Shop Outside of the Steam Store

The click-and-done purchase process on Steam is, obviously, very, very convenient, but it doesn’t always yield the best prices. While Steam is well known for their huge Summer and Winter sales (as well as a spattering of deeply discounted games here or there throughout the year), the vast majority of games on Steam sit at full retail for most of the year.

In fact, if you buy a game from outside Steam, you can often import the game into your Steam library, and it’ll appear exactly as if you’d bought them through Steam in the first place—complete with play time and progress, Steam achievements, and more. So, if you’re willing to venture outside the Steam marketplace and do a little comparison shopping you can end up saving quite a bit of money, with no downside to you.

Note: Not all games can be imported into Steam, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use your Steam library interface to manage even those titles.

Warning: Due to the popularity of Steam, there are a lot of sketchy sites trafficking fake Steam Keys. We do not recommend searching Google for “Steam Keys” and picking the cheapest reseller you can find. Reseller experiences range from “I saved a few bucks and nothing awful happened” to “My computer is now infected with ransomware”. If you’re curious about the world of key resellers, this excellent long read over at Polygon dives into the issue.

How to Activate Third Party Game Codes in Steam

The most bulletproof shopping strategy is to buy only from firmly established organizations like Amazon, Best Buy, or Newegg. You can also get Steam-compatible keys from popular bundles like The Humble Bundle. If you’ve heard of the store before, it’s probably a safe bet. If you want to comparison shop and/or get alerts when prices fall across Steam and related game sale sites, we’d recommend checking out isthereanydeal.com, which can track discounts and notify you when a game you want is on sale, where, and if it’s compatible with Steam importing.

How to Add a Third Party Game Code to Steam

In order to add games purchased through a third party to your Steam account, you’ll need the activation code from the third party retailer as well as the Steam client installed on your computer. You cannot redeem the Steam keys through the Steam web site; it must be done through the desktop client.

Open Steam on your computer and from the top navigation bar, select “Games” and then “Activate a Product on Steam…” to start the product activation wizard.

On the first page of the wizard, you’ll be prompted to get your code ready, click “Next” when you’re ready.

On the next screen agree to the terms of service by clicking “I Agree”. On the next page of the activation wizard, enter your product code in the slot and click “Next”. Do note that the name given to the activation codes is rarely “Steam Key” when you’re buying from a different retailer and it may be labeled “Digital Activation Code”, “Product Code”, or some variation there of. The important part is that the retailer you purchase from notes that the key can be redeemed on Steam and that it is formatted like the examples seen below.3

How to Activate Third Party Game Codes in Steam

On the last screen, you’ll see a confirmation of the game title as well as a button that allows you to print a receipt of the game activation transaction. The only difference between what you see on the screen and what is printed out is that the printout includes your Steam username and a confirmation code in addition to the game title. Click finish when you’re done reviewing and/or printing the information on the final screen.

After you exit the activation wizard, you’ll see the game you just activated in your library, like so:

How to Activate Third Party Game Codes in Steam

Simply click on the “Install” button, like you would any other Steam game, to download the game and get started playing it.

How to Force YouTube Videos to Open In The YouTube Gaming Interface

How to Force YouTube Videos to Open In The YouTube Gaming Interface

Have you seen the dark, chat-focused user interface for YouTube Gaming? Google’s answer to game streaming site Twitch has some interesting features all its own, and it’s a pretty slick-looking to boot. But the distinction between regular YouTube and YouTube Gaming is… well, less than distinct.

Videos uploaded to YouTube that are “related to gaming” should automatically be available via gaming.youtube.com, but they’re also on the main YouTube website and visible from a standard YouTube search. If you’d like to switch from the basic UI to YouTube Gaming, just insert “gaming” into the URL before YouTube.

For example, here’s my favorite streaming YouTube music channel, which is intended to be played as background music for gamers. The standard URL is:

 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qRr4hEJT994

And it looks like this:

How to Force YouTube Videos to Open In The YouTube Gaming Interface

To open it in the darker Gaming interface with the game-specific recommendations, just go to your browser’s URL bar and replace the “www” prefix with “gaming”:

https://gaming.youtube.com/watch?v=qRr4hEJT994

Now it looks like this:

How to Force YouTube Videos to Open In The YouTube Gaming Interface

This adjustment seems to work with most videos, but those that aren’t tagged with a specific game won’t have game-specific recommendations. And of course the chat box won’t appear on pre-recorded videos, only live streams. YouTube Gaming is still fairly new as a Google product—the URL hack might not work in the future.

Create Video Games on your Windows PC with Kodu

Microsoft has offered many products in recent years to help people get started with programming on the Windows platform. For instance, Small Basic makes it easy for beginners (including young kids) to write simple programs for Windows without having to learn any complex concepts while free development tools like Visual Studio Express are aimed at advanced programmers.

Last summer, Microsoft Research released a community game cum programming environment for the Xbox 360 called Kodu. Unlike most other video games,   Kodu would let players create their own video games for the Xbox without any prior knowledge of programming.

DESIGN GAMES ON YOUR WINDOWS PC

The initial version of Kodu required the Xbox 360 console but now Kodu is available as a free download for your Windows PC as well. This means you no longer need an Xbox to design games with Kodu and you can play them on just about any computer using a keyboard and mouse (or an Xbox game controller, if you have one).

The entire Kodu program is more like a video game than a programming environment. It includes several tutorials to help you quickly figure out how to create new games, or you can look at the sample games bundled with the program for new ideas.

You can easily edit any game by pressing escape, make the changes and then jump back into playing the game with your changes. Although you cannot edit every little thing inside the game, it still gives you a nice launch pad for creating simple games.

You can download Kodu for PC from fuse.microsoft.com/kodu. Additionally, the graphics settings can be turned down to allow it to run on a computer with lower resources. Kodu requires .NET 3.5 and the XNA framework 3.1 to run – if you don’t have them, the Kodu installer will automatically download and install them for you.

Scratch from the MIT Media Labs is another popular tool that you may use to create interactive games and animated stories on your Mac OS X and Windows machine.

Run Classic DOS Games on your Computer

If your computer is running a fairly new operating systems, such as Windows XP, Vista or even Mac OS X, chances are that it won’t be able to play any of the old DOS games that were originally designed for 16-bit systems.

There are however simple workarounds that will help you play your favorite DOS games on any computer just the way they worked on old 486 machines of the 90’s. The other good part is that you can download these DOS games from the web for free, legally.

PLAY OLD DOS GAMES ON YOUR COMPUTER

The easiest way to run DOS games on your computer is through DOSBox.

DOSBox, in simple English, is a free program that emulates an X86 based DOS environment on your new computer including speaker sounds, video graphics and other hardware. DOSBox is available for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X so you can practically use it to run DOS games on practically every computer.

You can simply install DOSBox via the command line but if that sounds too technical, there are graphical frontends for DOSBox that will let you run DOS programs through a simple GUI.

One of the most popular GUI frontends for DOSBox is D-Fend Reloaded. You can install this program like any other Windows application and it is ready for use immediately after the installation. To install a DOS game, simply use the import wizard or drag-and-drop the zip archive file (that contains the DOS program) into the D-Fend Reloaded window.

D-Fend Reloaded also offers game packages, containing both freeware and shareware DOS games, that you may install on your computer at once using a simple installer. You can play these classic games using DOSBox without having to configure anything.

BUILD AN MS-DOS VIRTUAL MACHINE FOR PLAYING GAMES

If the requirements are such that DOSBox emulators are unable to run your favorite DOS game, you can try running DOS inside a virtual machine using virtualization software like Windows Virtual PC, VMWare Player, or VirtualBox from Sun – they are all free solutions.

Microsoft offers a free copy of MS-DOS operating system that you may convert into a virtual machine or you can download the FreeDOS program from the Internet which is just like MS-DOS and completely free.

Once you have a virtual machine running DOS, you need a way to install DOS programs into the virtual machine. This can be done by burning a CD image of the DOS games and then attaching that CD image to the virtual machine.

PLAY DOS GAMES ONLINE IN THE BROWSER

The installers for DOS games were initially distributed on floppy disks and the game authors may have never envisioned that people would be playing these games though the Internet without installation but that is exactly what you can do today.

JPC is a Java-based x86 emulator that can run some DOS programs on any modern browser with the Java plugin.   The JPC site hosts a couple of popular DOS games including DOOM and Mario Brothers but for a more extensive collection, you should check out Classic DOS Games. The sites currently has 169 different games that you can play directly in any web browser that has the Java plugin installed.

JPC based DOS games may not run as fast as their DOSBox counterparts but there’s one advantage – you can try a game online before deciding if you want to download a copy to your hard drive.

DOWNLOAD DOS GAMES FROM THE INTERNET

Now that you have everything in place to run DOS games on the computer, you are most definitely looking for some great games to play with.

Here are some popular sites where you can find and download most of your favorite DOS games, but since too many choices can be confusing, check this search engine that will help you search all the popular PC games’ websites from one place.

1. DOS Games – With over 500 classic titles, DOSGames.com is a great place to look for your favorite DOS games. You can run these games using the free DOSBox emulator discussed above. The site is actively updated so it is likely that more games will be added over time.

2. DOS Games Archive – DOS Games Archive is another useful site with a very large collection of DOS games. The sites provides screenshots of the DOS games, user ratings, violence ratings, cheat codes and you can also find out if a particular game is supported on DOSBox. Many of the games listed on the site were commercial games that were later released for free by the game publisher.

3. D-Fend Game Packages – If you chose to install D-Fend Reloaded with DOSBox, then you can easily access hundreds of classic DOS games using this easy installer. Each game package contains a collection of about a dozen or so games of the same category and you can have them all on your machine with a click.

4. Classic DOS Games – This site also contains a wide range of DOS games categorized by their Genre, Company, Year Released, etc.   All DOS games listed on this site are freely distributable because they are shareware, freeware, or because the copyright holder has officially and legally released all rights to the public domain.

5. Good Old Games – This site specializes at re-releasing classic commercial games for modern PCs at reasonable prices.   Their selection includes many popular DOS-based games that are packaged with DOSBox for a seamless game experience on Windows Vista and XP.   If your looking for a commercial game that has not been released as freeware, this may be the best place to look for it.

6. Abandonia – As the title suggests, this site has a very collection of games that are under the category of “abandonware” or titles that are no longer sold /developed by the authors.

7. Home of the Underdogs – One of the most popular abandonware sites with reviews of over 5,300 games for DOS and Windows. Other than game binaries, the sites also offers manuals for a number of games that are no longer commercially available.

How to Boost Your PC's Performance for Gaming

With PC gaming constantly improving, you may find your game play becoming slower, less fluid, or even glitchy as time goes on. However, there are a few simple and effective ways to boost your computer's speed and performance for gaming. This how-to will go over a variety of methods from cleaning up old files to upgrading your hardware in a few easy to follow steps.

Method 1
Upgrade Your Graphics Drivers

1. Identify your graphics card. It is important to know what kind you have before moving forward

2. Press the Windows Key on your keyboard. This will open the Start Menu.

3. Enter "Device Manager." Type this without the quotation marks into the search menu. The search may produce multiple results.

4. Click the Device Manager. This will prompt the Device Manager window to open.

5. Go to Display Adapters. Expand the category by clicking the arrow to the left of it once. This will display the make and model of your graphics card.

* In most machines you will see both Intel and NVIDIA hardware. Occasionally you will instead find AMD hardware. If you want to improve your gaming performance, you need to update the drivers on your graphics card.

6. Find new drivers. Now that you know the make and model of your graphics card, you can go to the manufacturer's website and see the updated versions available

Method 2
Uninstall Old Programs

1. Uninstall old programs. The more programs you have on your computer, the slower it will run. By deleting unnecessary programs, you can easily improve the efficiency of your device.

2. Open the Control Panel on your PC. Navigate to the "Uninstall Programs section. In windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10, these settings are all in different places. You may have to search for the option if you don't see it immediately.

3. Click on the organization tab and switch it to "Date Last Used". This will allow you to filter through your programs and find the ones you have not used in a while.

4. Uninstall unused programs. When you find a program that you no longer want, click Uninstall. (Be careful, if you don't know what something is, look it up first, often times some applications are necessary to run games.)

Method 3
Overclocking the GPU

1. IMPORTANT, before doing this, make sure your GPU "can" be overclocked, as many are factory locked. If not, skip to the next section.

2. Overclocking your GPU is running the graphics card beyond the factory setting. This is a potentially damaging method to improve your gaming performance and therefore all precautions should be taken into account. To do this, you should determine the baseline from which your graphics card is currently running.

3. Download free benchmarking and analytics software. One of the more popular options is the Heaven 4.0 benchmark

5. Run the Heaven 4.0 benchmark. This will prompt the settings menu to appear.

5. Set Resolution to System. You may change some of the other settings if you have the tech know-how, but if you are working with a lower-end card, it is recommended that you refrain from adjusting too much.

6. Click Run. This will prompt Heaven to play through a series of scene that are designed to test the capability of your device's performance. It may glitch but this is normal.

7. Click Benchmark. This can be found in the upper left-hand corner of your screen and it will prompt Heaven to go through 26 scenes to test your GPU's performance abilities.

8. Write down your score. Once the test is complete, a window will appear with your graphics card's score. Write this down so that you can compare it with your score after overclocking it.

 9. Download a GPU tweaking tool. You can find these for free online and some popular options are MSI's Afterburner and EVGA'S PrecisionX software.

10. Open the software that you have chosen.

11. Raise the core clock by 5 to 10 MHz. Make sure that the clocks entitles Core Clock and Shader Clock are connected.

12. Click Apply. You can check to see if your changes were applied by going to GPU-Z and seeing if it matches.

13. Click Save. You may be prompted to save your settings. Do so and assign a profile.

14. Repeat the over clocking process. One of two things will occur: either Heaven will run without any problems and you may increase your MHz by 5 to 10, or you graphics card will crash. You can tell that your GPU has crashed if you start to see black glitches, blotches, or bright stars on the screen. This means that your overclock has become unstable and you need to either lower you MHz.

* You will also want to keep an eye on the temperature of your computer. If it gets too hot, you may risk frying your hardware.

15. Set your new frequency. After you have found the correct frequency for your graphics card, restart your computer. Some overclocking software will prompt you to set the changes you’ve made.

16. Play through a game. To really make sure you’ve found the right frequency, play though a graphics intensive game and see how it runs.

Method 4
Disable Superfetch and Prefetch

1. Go to the Start Menu.

2. Type "regedit" without the quotation marks into the search box.

3. Select the appropriate file path. This should be “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SessionManager\Memory Management\PrefetchParameters.”

4. Right-click on EnablePrefetcher as well as EnableSuperfetch.

5. Hit Modify. This will present you with a window with given values.

6. Change the given value from 3 to 0.

Method
5
Defragment or TRIM Your Disk

1. Go to the Start Menu. In the Start Menu, click All Programs, then Accessories, and then go to System Tools.

2.
Select Disk Defragmenter.
When files are deleted from your disk, they can become fragmented. This can lead to slower performance on your device. By collecting these fragments you can improve your performance speed.

3. Select your Windows Disk. If you have Windows 8, proceed to the next step.

4, Select Defragment Disk

* If you have an SSD, or solid-state disk, do not defrag your computer. Instead, proceed to the next step.

5. Select Optimize. This will initiate the TRIM command.

6, Check to see if TRIM is enabled. You can do this by opening the command prompt and inputting a simple command.

7. Click Start. Type "cmd" without the quotation marks into the search bar and then select "cmd."

8. Click Run as Administrator.

9. Wait for a black window, or terminal, to appear.

10. Enter the command “Fsutil behavior query disabledeletenotify” without the quotation marks. If TRIM is supported, the response will be “= 0.” If you do not receive this response, enter the command “fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0” without the quotation marks. If you receive the same response, you may need to upgrade your firmware.

11. Run through a game. If you still do not notice any change in the quality of game play, try another method.

Method 6
Adjust the AMD/ATI Control Panel

1. Right-click on your desktop. Select Catalyst Control Center.

2. Go to Manage 3D Settings. This can be found to your left. Here you will be able to alter the settings of our graphics in order to optimize game play.

3. Personalize your settings. Each player and each game may require distinct personalized settings for the optimal gaming experience.

Method 7
Adjust the NVIDIA Control Panel

1. Right-click on your desktop. This method is specifically for those with a NVIDIA graphics card.

2. Select NVIDIA Control Panel.

3. Go to Manage 3D Settings. You can find this on the left side of your screen.

4. Personalize your settings. Each player and each individual game may require distinct personalized settings for the optimal gaming experience.

Method 8
Upgrade Your Hardware

1. Upgrade your SSD. Also known as a solid-state disk, SSDs are much more efficient than the mechanical hard disks and can greatly reduce the load time and play of a game.

2. Research your options. There are is a wide range of quality and price range for SSDs and you should determine the best fit for you and your computer.

3. Upgrade your PC. If you have tried all of the above methods and still do not experience improved game play, it may be time to update your computer to play the latest games.

Jungle Heat, Clash of Clans Cheats/Hack Tool Warning!

About 5 years ago, when Android was first launched, there were limited number of games available on Google Play (formerly Android Market).  Apple’s iPhone, on the other hand had a great amount of quality games and Android was badly losing the competition. But luckily, things have been changed. Now, Android has the biggest mobile application market so is the number of games. Giant game publishers are porting their existing PC games on mobile and the database is growing daily.

Jungle Heat, Clash of Clans Cheats/Hack Tool Warning!
Android currently has a huge variety of both free and paid games. You can find tons of action, strategy, puzzle and casual games. I recently got myself addicted to a game called Jungle Heat. It is a military themed strategy simulation game in which you build your base, gather resources, build your army and fight your enemies in multiplayer.
It is quite fun and best for killing your idle time. However, this game involves micro-transactions , you need to spend a little money if you want to grow fast or wait days for the upgrade. In my case, I chose to wait because diamonds that allow instant upgrades are very expensive. There are many games like Jungle Heat that offer almost same gameplay with but under different theme.

Games Similar to Jungle Heat:-

  1. Clash of Clans
  2. Battle of Zombies
  3. Samurai Siege
  4. Castle Clash
  5. Viking Wars

One day, when I was playing Jungle Heat, I ran out of resources, I couldn’t upgrade my defense towers or create an army so I did a search on Google for Jungle Heat Cheats or any hack for diamonds to skip/speed up upgrade process. I was surprised to find many websites and videos that were providing Jungle Heat hack/tools for unlimited diamonds etc. and they were all fake.

All the Jungle Heat, Clash of Clans Diamonds/Gems Hacks are fake

When you play Jungle Heat or any other similar game on your device. It requires an internet connection all the time.
Why? Because you can’t fight in multiplayer without internet and secondly, your progress, number of resources and diamond values are constantly synchronized with the Jungle Heat servers. So, if you even manage to modify the values on client side, it wouldn’t work because the value will mismatch with server and you will disconnect from the game server. It may also lead to ID ban.
In other words, just don’t download any hack or cheat tool for Jungle Heat or any similar game, they are most probably viruses and infect both PC and phone.
I am no way affiliated with game developers, this is just a tip I wanted to share with everyone.

GTA San Andreas Android Version Released

The all-time favorite PC game Grand Theft Auto:

San Andreas has now arrived on mobile platform. Rockstar Games has partnered with WarDrum Studios to make the game available on Android, iOS, Windows Phone and KindleFire.

GTA San Andreas mobile version has received graphics enhancements to match with 2013 standards.

GTA San Andreas Android Version Released

However, it is not yet confirmed whether its optimized for tablets or not. The GTA SA apk on Google Play will cost you $7 bucks. Before purchasing the app. make sure your device has at least 1 GB of RAM and 2 GB ROM available.

There has been an ongoing trend of porting all the popular PC games on smartphones. Game publishers such as EA, Activision and Sega have released their games on Googe Play and Apple AppStore. But there is big problem, all these ported games are often poorly optimized for  mobile processors and they end up giving poor FPS, constant lagging and draining battery of your device. Not to mention the bad placement of touch d-pad on the screen. Waiting for the day when these problems are addressed.

Anyway, since we have already got GTA SA on mobile, which PC game you would like to see next?

Play the Dinosaur Game Hidden inside your Google Chrome

Google Chrome users are probably familiar with the T-Rex dinosaur that shows up when your computer is not connected to the Internet. The T-rex had short arms and therefore lot of things were out of its reach. Chrome, like that dinosaur, too is having trouble reaching the Internet.

What’s even more interesting is that the offline dinosaur in Chrome is also a game. Press the space bar to activate and your Chrome tab will quickly turn into a moderately addictive game. The T-Rex will run and your mission is to prevent it from bumping into the saguaros.

The game is written in JavaScript and you can find the complete source code in the Chromium repository.

And it’s not just about Chrome for desktop, the dinosaur game is available in Chrome for Android as well. Switch to airplane mode and give it a shot. The only difference is that instead of the space bar, you need to tap on the screen to jump / fly the dinosaur.
